Scientific Computing × Gravitational-Wave Astronomy
Meesum Qazalbash
I work at the intersection of scientific computing and gravitational-wave astronomy, turning LIGO's detections into astrophysical insight. I am joining the PhD program in Astrophysical Sciences and Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), under the supervision of Dr. Richard O'Shaughnessy at the Center for Computational Relativity and Gravitation (CCRG), as a member of the LIGO Scientific Collaboration (LSC).
